Change of name

Follow the instructions to report a change of name:

To report your name change, please visit a Swisscom Shop(opens in new tab) in person. Our staff there can process your request directly and ensure that all the necessary steps are taken.

Please make sure you bring a valid official ID with you to the Swisscom Shop. This is used to clearly verify your identity and confirm that the name change is correct. The change cannot be made without a valid ID.

In the store, inform the employee of your new, changed name. After presenting your ID, the employee will make the necessary changes to your customer account. Your name change has now been successfully registered with Swisscom.
